The Otis kit is the military issue cleaning system for 5.56MM & 9MM is specifically designed to clean and maintain the C7, M16, M249 SAW, M4, M9 and all other 5.56MM & 9MM variants. Flexible cleaning rods and swabs quickly clean the receiver, chamber, neck and bore; obstruction removers knock out bore obstructions and stuck cases. Special scraper and pick for the bolt face, slide and locking lugs, all purpose brushes and comprehensive instruction booklet maintain flawless performance in mission critical situations. This cleaning system also contains optics cleaning components, and comes in a tan softpack case with molle belt attachment straps.
The Gerber eFECT weapons cleaning tool incorporates components that make field cleaning and maintaining a weapon faster and more precise without having to use an entire cleaning kit. It is compatible and interchangeable with the Otis cleaning components like brushes, scrapers, picks and rods.
